I purchased the item last week and as soon as I received it I immediately started working on this. I spent the entire weekend on and off periodically applying the product and the only thing I achieved was to have a very clean screen. I used cotton balls and was very gentle with the pressure. The scratches even the really light one did nothing to improve the appearance of my LG Voyager. I have 2 scratches – 1 slight deep and the other very light and I was being hopeful that at least the light scratch would look better but nothing.

Absolutely wonderful, my phone was really scratched and look terrible and after now it is really good, also worked on my ipod and watch! Excellent!

I followed the directions and tried to remove a minuscule scratch on the screen of my Nokia E71x and it not only failed to remove the scratch, but furthermore created more scratching/ swirling. Maybe it is good for larger scratches, but it certainly did not work for me.

The display on my Palm Treo was scratched from regular use (no protector because I’m too lazy). I got this product to remove the scratches, and for the most part, it did. The scratching on my screen was light, but in “high use lines.”
It did take about 5 applications (I used VERY small amounts). You definitely need to apply pressure. I was having difficulty getting the corners – then I tried putting my cloth over a brand new pencil eraser. That, with a lot of pressure, was very effective for reaching the corners of the screen.
I’m very pleased and AMAZED at the results. The only reason I would want to replace my Treo is because of the screen. Now it looks great – not as good as new – but very polished and better than I had expected.
